Refund policy

At The Brew Society, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (teas, confections, and edible pantry items)
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift Edit subscription boxes once dispatched
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalised orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that banking processing times may vary.

Return Shipping We are responsible for return shipping costs in the event that an item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
