The nitty gritty

Here's everything you need to know before you subscribe:

  • Billing: Your card is charged automatically on the same date each billing cycle — fortnightly or monthly, depending on the frequency you choose at checkout.
  • Delivery: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of each billing date. Delivery times vary by location within South Africa.
  • Pausing: Need a break? You can pause your subscription at any time from your account. Pauses take effect before your next billing date if submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations: Cancel after the first three deliveries — no penalties. Simply cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
  • Changes to your order: Want to swap a product or update your address? Make changes at least 24 hours before your next billing date and they'll apply to your next order.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically. You'll receive an email notification so you can update your payment details and avoid a missed delivery.
  • Returns: As our products are perishable, we're unable to offer returns on dispatched subscription orders. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
